📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading and managing the department to achieve company goals.

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

Developing and implementing departmental strategies.

Recruiting, training, and developing team members.

Monitoring department performance and providing regular reports.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Proven track record of success in managing teams and departments.
