📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for students of various ages and proficiency levels.
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends to continuously improve teaching practices.
Participate in school events and activities to promote a well-rounded educational experience for students.
Contribute to the development of the school's educational programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an English-speaking environment.
Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of educational technology tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and educational apps.
Experience with teaching methodologies such as TEFL, TESOL, or Cambridge English.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and school staff.
Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
Valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification.
