📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with customs officials to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of shipping documents for international shipments.
• Monitor and update trade compliance information to ensure adherence to customs laws.
• Provide support to the logistics team in managing international shipments.
• Assist in the preparation of customs declarations and other related documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth international trade operations.
• Provide support to the finance team in managing trade-related financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in export import operations or a related field.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good understanding of English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
