📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and develop the operations of Resto Nanda Mart in the Tigaraksa area,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that it is running efficiently and effectively,Manage the staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews,Ensure that the restaurant is meeting its sales and profitability targets,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that the restaurant's reputation is protected,Work with the corporate office to ensure that the restaurant is following all company policies and procedures,Participate in the development and implementation of the company's overall strategy🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote and in-person teams🛠️ Keahlian
