You will be responsible for leading a team of QA engineers, developing and implementing QA strategies, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.,Develop and implement QA strategies to ensure the quality of our software products.,Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve issues before they reach the end users.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle.,Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in QA and software development.,Report on QA metrics and KPIs to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in QA, including leadership roles.,Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and techniques.,Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.,Proven track record of improving QA processes and outcomes.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
