📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue potential property buyers through various marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential buyers.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our properties.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that our properties are marketed effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
• Track and report on marketing performance and sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate marketing or sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Sulawesi Utara.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
