Radikari is looking for a dedicated Phone Verification / Tele Verification professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying customer information through outbound calls. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to verify customer information as per company guidelines.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure customer satisfaction.,Adhere to quality standards and company policies.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Work within the designated call volume and quality targets.,Collaborate with the team to improve processes and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer and telephony systems.,Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.
