In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for helping the company achieve its financial goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the company's payroll and benefits administration.,Prepare and review financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide financial support to the management team in decision-making processes.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
