📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assemble electronic components using Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment.,Inspect assembled products for defects and quality assurance.,Maintain and troubleshoot SMT equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Follow and adhere to production schedules and quality standards.,Conduct regular equipment calibration and maintenance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes.,Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SMT Technician or similar role.,Knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes and equipment.,Familiarity with electronic assembly and inspection tools.,Understanding of quality control and process improvement principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Willingness to travel and work in different shifts as required.
