PT Antar Unggul is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting the Recruitment Manager in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates, and provide feedback to the Recruitment Manager.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the preparation and organization of onboarding materials and processes for new hires.,Support the Recruitment Manager in the development and implementation of employee referral programs.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
