📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Oversee sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Monitor store finances and prepare regular reports for management.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage supplier relationships.,Organize and participate in store promotions and events to drive sales.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
