📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation and negotiation,Manage and maintain procurement contracts and agreements,Support the procurement team in preparing and analyzing purchase orders,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and services,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities,Provide support to senior procurement staff in special projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including vendor evaluation and negotiation,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus
