📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of textile machinery and equipment.,Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.,Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues, implementing effective solutions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior mechanics and technicians.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machinery performance.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in the textile industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and repairing textile machinery.,In-depth knowledge of textile machinery and maintenance practices.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.,Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as needed.
