📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.,Lead and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both internally and externally.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and consulting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Understanding of the local market and industry trends in Klaten.
