Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Monitor food costs and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation.
• Manage and resolve any issues that may arise during the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
