📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees and end-users.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and problems.,Maintain and upgrade IT systems and infrastructure.,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and services.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Experience with IT security and data backup systems.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
