Develop and implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design and deliver effective training programs.,Measure the impact of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Work closely with various departments to ensure that training programs meet their needs.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.,Collaborate with HR team to ensure that learning and development initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong background in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure the impact of training programs.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.,Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Commitment to helping employees reach their full potential and contributing to the success of the organization.
