📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections on incoming materials and finished products,Identifying and documenting product defects and quality issues,Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards,Training and supervising junior QC staff,Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality control records,Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with quality control software and tools,Proven track record of improving quality processes and reducing defects,Ability to travel as needed for inspections and audits
