📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the service team, ensuring high standards of customer service and hospitality.,Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.,Resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, training, and team morale.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with food and beverage operations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.,Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.,High school diploma or equivalent.
