📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit with the company culture.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the progress of recruitment efforts.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
