📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized academic support and mentorship to students
• Collaborate with teachers to enhance teaching methods and curriculum development
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and teachers
• Offer one-on-one support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on the latest educational trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic mentoring or teaching
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum and teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent professional qualification
