Community Facilitator

You will use tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Workspace to stay connected and collaborate with your team. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and organizational needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate community meetings and workshops to engage and empower local stakeholders.
• Develop and implement community-based programs and initiatives.
• Provide technical assistance and training to community members on various topics.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of community programs using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
• Build and maintain relationships with local leaders, government officials, and other stakeholders.
• Create and distribute reports and updates to community members and partners.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other facilitators to share best practices.
• Attend and contribute to community events and gatherings as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community facilitation, program coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of community development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
