📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the Shopee store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Analyze sales data using tools like Google Analytics and Shopee Analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase our online visibility and sales.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product listings and promotions.
• Monitor customer feedback and address any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with Shopee.
• Proven track record in driving online sales and managing e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data analysis tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
