In this role, you will work closely with our team to address maintenance issues, perform regular inspections, and implement preventive measures to avoid disruptions. You will use a variety of tools and software, including but not limited to, Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC systems, and plumbing tools. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections of all facilities to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Work with the Building Management System (BMS) to monitor and optimize energy usage.
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt guest experiences.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Maintain and update maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of maintenance operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or luxury setting.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building management systems (BMS).
• Familiarity with maintenance software and tools such as ServiceNow, Maximo, or similar.
• Valid certification in facility maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
