In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking events.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing, product specifications, and project timelines.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.,Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a project-based or B2B environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and project management tools.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Previous experience working in Bali or a similar tropical destination is a plus.,Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
