📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs and business owners in Pangkal Pinang and surrounding areas.
• Assess creditworthiness and provide tailored banking solutions to support business growth.
• Manage client accounts and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Use CRM systems like Salesforce or similar to track client interactions and manage data.
• Collaborate with the branch team to develop and implement marketing strategies for business banking products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business banking or a related role.
• Strong understanding of SME financing and business banking products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant financial software.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
