📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic logistics plans aligned with government initiatives and regional development goals.
• Oversee daily logistics operations, including fleet management, procurement, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with government agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Optimize logistics processes using data analytics and logistics management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, industry standards, and best practices in logistics management.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute budgetary plans for logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics management, with at least 5 years in a government or public sector role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and improving efficiency in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Certification in relevant logistics or supply chain management programs (e.g., APICS, CLM, or Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
