🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering or a similar role.
• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and security systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
