📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive product growth and market penetration.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and relationship building.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Leverage data analytics and market research to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the marine electronics market.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on marine electronics or a related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing campaign success.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
