📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks and correspondence
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Maintain and update company records, including employee files, financial records, and inventory
• Handle office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance
• Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and training sessions
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the textile or manufacturing industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and office management software is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
