As an HR Intern at Only World Group, you'll dive into the daily operations of HR, starting with employee onboarding, managing HRIS (Human Resource Information System) using SAP SuccessFactors, and assisting with recruitment processes. You'll also have the chance to work on special projects, attending training sessions, and networking with industry leaders. This program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the HR field, with potential for long-term employment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support HRIS management using SAP SuccessFactors
- Participate in recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview scheduling
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
- Attend and document training sessions and workshops
- Assist in organizing and participating in team-building activities
- Support the HR team in administrative tasks and data entry
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
