📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs that align with international standards and local Indonesian needs.
• Collaborate with a team of educators, administrators, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality education.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs using relevant metrics and data.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive learning environment that respects and celebrates cultural differences.
• Stay abreast of educational trends and best practices to continuously improve program offerings.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of educational programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and community partners.
• Represent JIS at educational conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational program management, preferably in an international school setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian education policies, standards, and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive educational programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Familiarity with educational management systems (EMS) and learning management systems (LMS) such as PowerSchool, Google Classroom, or Moodle.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent professional qualification.
