📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the organization.
• Design and develop training programs using learning management systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in employee development and training.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to employees to support their career growth.
• Monitor and report on employee development metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and employee development.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD Certified Professional) is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
