📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing or operations industry.,Proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence and productivity targets.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.,Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
